NocheGo ("we", "us", "our") operates the website nochego.com, a directory of bars, venues, performers, and events across the Canary Islands. NocheGo is currently operated on an individual basis.

• Account information: if you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and any profile details you provide.
• Location data: on your first homepage visit, NocheGo may ask for permission to access your device's location so it can take you to the nearest live area. Your precise coordinates are not stored. Your choice and, if applicable, your selected area are stored locally in your browser so we do not automatically ask again on later visits.
• Usage data / cookies: we may use cookies and similar technologies (including third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, if enabled) to understand how the site is used and improve it. See the Cookies section below.
• Content you submit: if you're a venue owner claiming or updating a listing, we collect the information you provide about your venue (hours, menu, photos, etc.).
• Contact form submissions: if you contact us, we collect your name, email, and message content.

We do not currently collect payment information. If this changes (e.g. paid featured listings), this policy will be updated before that feature launches.

• To operate and improve the site (showing venues, personalizing "Near Me" results, managing your account).
• To communicate with you about your account or in response to a contact form submission.
• To understand site usage via analytics, where enabled.
• To verify and display venue ownership claims.

NocheGo may use cookies for:

• Keeping you logged in.
• Remembering preferences (e.g. selected island/area).
• Analytics (if enabled), to understand aggregate site usage.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. hosting, analytics providers), under standard confidentiality terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at nochego25@gmail.com.

You can delete your account and request deletion of your personal data from your profile. Sign in, open My profile, scroll to "Delete account", type DELETE, and confirm. This removes your account, follows, wishlist, check-ins, holiday archive, and uploaded personal photos.

If you cannot access your account, email nochego25@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account and request deletion of your user data. Shared stories and public event photos may remain available, but the account identity associated with them is removed.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

NocheGo is not intended for users under 18, given the nightlife/bar-related content.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date.
