NocheGo is a directory service for finding bars, venues, live entertainment, and events across the Canary Islands. Venue information is sourced from public data, venue owner submissions, and user contributions, and may not always be fully accurate or up to date — always confirm details (hours, entertainment schedules) directly with the venue where it matters.

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or claiming a venue listing.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent venue claims.

• Venue owners may claim their listing to gain editing rights, subject to a verification process.
• Claimed venues are marked accordingly on the site.
• We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent venue/performer information.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

• Venue owners retain rights to content they submit (photos, descriptions) but grant NocheGo a license to display it on the platform.
• NocheGo's branding, design, and original content are owned by NocheGo.

NocheGo may link to third-party sites (e.g. venue social media, booking platforms). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

NocheGo is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of venue information, entertainment schedules, or availability. Use of the site and any venue visits are at your own discretion and risk.

To the extent permitted by law, NocheGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
